دامنِ شہ شمسِ تبریزی بیاب
And connect with the king – Shams Tabrez
رہ ندانی جانبِ ایں سُورد عُرس
If
you are not knowing the path of this festivity
از ضیاالحق حسام الدّین بپرس
Then ask it from Ziaul Haq Husamuddin
Now
you go and search for the sun (i.e. Allah), when you come to know in the above
couplets that ظل اللّاہ (i.e. perfect mentors) are connected to Allah.
Further determining the perfect mentor (who can give this wealth of وصول)
of his time, he states to stick to Shamsuddin Tabrezi and if you do not able to
do that, then go and ask from Maulana Zia-ul-Haq, Husamuddin (who was Maulana’s
deputy), as Zia-ul-Haq had received the benefits first from Shams Tabrez and
then from the Maulana and was his deputy. At this stage, Maulana only informs
of his getting benefitted from Shams Tabrez.
