چونکہ سلطاں از حکیم آنرا شنید
When
the king heard the advice of the doctor
پندِ اُو را از دل و جاں برگزید
He took it by heart and accepted
گفت فرمانِ ترا فرماں کنم
He (king)
said as per your advice
ہر چہ گوئی آنچناں کن آں کنم
I will follow what you suggest
پس فرستاد آں طرف یکد و رسول
He then
sent one or two messengers towards Samarqand
حاذقان و کافیان و بس عَدول
Who are expert is their work and are honest
تا سمرقند آمدند آں دو امیر
Those two
messengers reached Samarqand
پیشِ آں زرگرز شانشاہ بشیر
Bringing good news for the goldsmith
کایے لطیفِ استاد کامل معرفت
O’ master!
Expert in fine working
فاش اندار شہر ہااز تو صفت
You are famed for your work across cities
نک فلاں شہ از برائے زرگری
A king
needs to prepare jewelry
اختیارت کرد زیرا مہتری
And chosen you, as you are an expert
اینک ایں خلعت بگیر و زرّ و سیم
Now take
these gold and royal things as gift, as
چوں بیائی خاص باشی و ندیم
You will be special and one amongst us, when you reach there
The king has dispatched messengers
to Samarqand to find out the goldsmith
After
hearing this, the king has accepted the advice of the god-sent doctor
immediately and said I will do whatever you say me to do.
The
king then sent one or two messengers to call him, who were wise and expert of
their work and reliable. Both of them reached to the goldsmith and told him
good news on the behalf of the king and told him that you are an expert artisan
working out quite intricately and nobody is there in different cities like you.
A so and so king has to get some jewelry prepared and he has chosen you for
this work as you are the master craftsman in these work and should accept this
gift and wealth and you will be the special person to the king once you reached
there.
