چوں وزیر ایں مکر را بر شہ شمرد
When
vizier explained this trap before the king
از دلش اندیزہ را کُلّی ببُرد
Removed all the perplexities from his heart
کرد باوے شاہ آں کاریکہ گفت
The
king did exactly what he told to do
خلق حیراں ماندزاں رازِ نہفت
And people are unaware of the secret hidden
کرد رسوایش میانِ انجمن
The
king disgraced him in full assembly
تاکہ واقف شد زحالش مرد و زن
Till each and every person would become aware of his status
را ند اُو را جانبِ نصرانیاں
He
was forced to move towards Christian population
کرد در دعوت شروع اُو بعد ازاں
He then started the work of propagation of Christianity
چوں چناں دیدند ترسایانش زار
When
Christians saw his impoverished condition
می شد نداند رغمِ اُو اشکبار
They started wailing on this position of his
O’
my son! This is status of worldly life
از حسَد مییخزد انیہا سَر بسَر
And all these things are started from jealousy
The
king became satisfied and free of any hesitation when the vizier has explained
his tricks. The king meted out to him the same fate as he desired earlier to
the king. All the people were puzzled/ astonished seeing the fate of this
vizier who was once very close to the king. Thus he was disgraced in full view
of public and everybody became aware of the situation of the vizier and he was
pushed towards the Christian population out of the city. The vizier then
started people calling towards the religion i.e. Christianity, as was planned.
Maulana Rum then states that the situation of the People of this world (اہلِ
دنیا) is similar nowadays and people are using different tricks in
jealousy, even though it may harm them as well.
