نیست وَش باشد خیال اندر جہاں
The
thoughts are like non-entity in the world
تو جہانے بر خیالے بیں رواں
You should consider this world as transitory moving thing like thought
Thoughts
or dreams in this world are ephemeral as these are not actually existing. In
the second stanza, it is explained that likewise one should take this
world as ephemeral or transitory as
compared to the final abode and therefore, the existence of this world too be a mere thought.
