Couplet 136-138

قصّہ رنجور و رنجوری بخواند

Told him about the sick the sickness

بعد  ازاں درپیش رنجورش نشاند

Then brought him to the sick

رنگ رُو  نبض و قارورہ  بدید

He first checked her pale complexion and the pulse

ہم علاماتش ہم اسبابش شنید

Understanding the causes and the effect

گفت ہر دارُو کہ ایشاں کردہ اند

He said the medicines they prescribed

آں عمارت نیست ویراں کردہ اند

Was not meant for building an edifice, but to destitute it

The king brought the God-sent doctor to the sick

The king told all the story and then led the doctor to the sick. The doctor saw the attributes that led to the illness and the attributes that followed the illness. He understood that the previous doctors could not diagnose the illness perfectly and hence the treatment led in the other direction i.e. it increases the illness instead of curing it. It has been referred as that instead of erecting the building and making it inhabited, they made it destitute i.e. the medicines of doctors are working opposite to the sick and instead of ameliorating the sickness, it is aggravating it.
