رنجش از صفرا و از سودا نہ بود
Her
illness was not due to physical attributes
بوئے ہر ہیزم پدید آید ز دود
The odour of wood burning becomes clear from smoke
دید از زاریش کُو زارِ دِل ست
He
understood that she suffers from the illness of heart
تن خش ست و اوگر
فتارِ دِل ست
Her body is fine and she is in trap of (illness of) heart
The
reason for the illness o the girl is nothing related to madness or bile etc. i.e.
physical attributes rather, it is due to
the fact that she indulged in love. The second part of the first couplet is the
example that with the odour of smoke, one comes to know which type of wood is burning.
Similarly, the knowledgeable persons do come to know if a person is involved in
the love seeing the causes and effects
With
her weeping and sadness, he came to understand that she is engaged in some love
affairs and her body is sound and there is no ailment.
