The king
made the palace empty and moved out
تا بخواند بر کنیزک
اُں فسوں
So that he (doctor) would chant hymns on handmaiden
خانہ خالی کرد و یک
دیار نے
The palace
was vacated, no one from the palace was there
جُز طبیب و جُز ہُماں بیمار نے
Except the doctor and the sick
فسوں means the hymns i.e. good mannered talks
of the doctor to please the handmaiden. دیار means the people who were living in the
palace. The king has made the house empty and he himself went out of the house,
so that doctor should discuss with the patient. The house became completely
empty and no one from the house was there inside barring the doctor and the patient.
