بے خبر بود ند از حالِ درون
They
were unaware of the internal condition
اَسْتَعِیْذُ اللہ مِمَّا یَفْتَرُوْن
I seek refuge of Allah for what they stated wrong
This
is also the sayings of the God-sent doctor who said that the doctors who
treated the girl, do not know the actual ailment and the internal condition.
The Arabic sentence in the second part means that I seek refuge to Allah from
the scandalous sayings i.e. the doctors suggested and treated ailment which was
not the actual illness.
